60 Hikes in 60 Miles

I captured the following photos while exploring the 60 hikes described in the "60 Hikes within 60 Miles: Seattle" guidebook, authored by Andrew Weber and Bryce Stevens. I'm starting at the beginning of the book and plan to work through to the end... get out and hike!

Photo Exhibit: 60 Hikes, 60 Miles, 60 Photos - One Man’s Journey

On June 19, join fellow outdoor hikers, backpackers, and adventurers in a celebration of Pacific Northwest Hiking as told through Roger Bischoff‘s photos.

The exhibit features 60 images captured from 60 hikes within 60 miles of downtown Seattle, and each photo will be auctioned off with proceeds donated to the Washington Trails Association.

Roger was inspired by the guide book 60 Hikes 60 Miles: Seattle as a way to train for a Denali expedition in 2008. The book’s authors, Bryce Stevens and Andrew Weber will be present this night as will representatives from WTA.

Join in the fun, learn a little, be inspired and share in the natural beauty that surrounds the city of Seattle.
